The name Cal Jan wants to bring from Tarragonès the purest pastry tradition but with a modern and innovative spirit: They are Rafel, Magí and Adrià, moved by their passion for sweets, who are at the forefront of this exciting project. They have a young and committed team that allows everything to materialize.
