First Panettone World Team Championship
From October 9 to 14, the first World Team Panettone Championship organized by the Academy of Sourdough and Italian Panettone Masters was held between Verona and Milan.
Representatives from 8 countries have attended the event, Spain has been one of them. The Spanish team, carefully chosen by Jose Romero, the team’s team manager, has caused a great sensation with its creations.

Spain has entered the competition with a luxury team carefully chosen by Jose Romero, its team manager. In the team, each component is assigned a perfectly defined role. Thus, José Manuel Marcos Candela will be in charge of the chocolate panettone, Rafel Aguilera of the savory one and Ton Cortés of the classic one with candied fruits.
